Presales & Solutions Manager
- LocationMakati City, Metro Manila
- Lead the end-to-end RFP/ RFI process including solution construct, proposal writing, deal pricing facilitation and overall submission of the proposal/bid.
- Clearly define client requirements, draft clarification questions and clarify requirements
- Participate individually or with other proposal team members in the compilation and delivery of formal proposals to meet strict internal and external submission deadlines
- Lead the solution design process by collaborating with the department head and functional leaders to finalize solution specifications including staffing requirements, location strategy, non-technical solution, pricing inputs and an implementation plan.
- Lead the content development initiatives for sales & marketing collateral i.e. case studies, capability documents, RFP content refresh and other relevant collaterals
- Ensure collaboration with the senior stakeholders and develop a strong partnership with sales, client services, operations and supporting business partners
- Obtain feedback from projects - lessons learned - to incorporate in future proposals.
- Introduce/participation in special projects from time to time
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent
- Must have experience in offering BPO/Contant Center Solution NOT IT solutions
- At least 7 years of work experience
- Impeccable business writing and/or MS Powerpoint skills
