Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2 years in College or College Graduate of a 2-year course or Senior High School graduate (K-12)
• Preferably with at least 6 months call center experience or 6 months Sales experience in any industry
• Good communication skills
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no BPO experience are welcome to apply

Compensation and Benefits
• Up to Php 25,000 Basic Salary
• Plus incentives up to Php 30,000 if you are a performer
• Medical insurance or HMO after 1 month

Responsibilities
• Handles all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
• Answers inbound customer calls and effectively responds to customer inquiries.
• Ensures the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.
