Sales / Tech Associate in VXI Makati

Qualifications

• Completed At least 2 years in College or College Graduate of a 2-year course or Senior High School graduate (K-12)

• At least 6 months Sales Exp in BPO / at least 1 year with sales experience 

• Average communication skills

• Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer based applications

• Must be willing to work in VXI Makati

Compensation and Benefits

• Php 23,000 Basic pay plus Incentives if you are a performer

• Medical insurance or HMO after 1 month

Responsibilities

• Receive Inbound  Calls (Residential Customers)

• Attempt, through persuasion, to retain existing customers by resolving issues and answering questions (product, billing, etc.)

•  Upgrade customer orders

• Agents must attempt to save customers who have decided to cancel their account.
